I intend that I am going to smile more. I enjoy my job and like going to personal development classes, I will enjoy myself today. I am surrounded by friends and family who love me, and I am filled with joy to be around them. I cherish the love that I am shown and return it, I focus only on the positives and tune in to the frequency of joy, happiness and love.

Today I intend to keep busy. I intend that it will be less than 6 months before I see Michael again. I intend that I will feel happy, loved, joyful and to smile every time I think of him. I intend to go to aqua aerobics tonight and to cherish my body as a beautiful vessle for my soul. I intend to drink lots of water today. I intend that I am abundant in all areas of my life and that everything I desire flows easily and effortlessly to me.

I intend that my two job positions flow in harmony with each other. I intend that I have a workspace that is mine alone and that I can work at it whenever I want. I intend that everything I need to get done is finished on time within my regular working hours. I intend that work is a happy, joyful place to be where I am assisting others in any way that I can.

I intend that I am healthy. I intend that I am now breathing with ease, and that my airways are open and clear. I intend that I am well rested and my immune system is supported and strong. I intend that any "bugs" pass quickly and freely from my body. I intend that I am healthy and joyful.

I intend that I am working in a job I enjoy and being paid well for it. I intend that I am helping others with my actions. I intend that I am assisting others to be more aware of their spiritual path. I intend that I am now earning money of my own accord and I am financially abundant. I intend that everything comes to me easily and I am listening to the guidance I am being given.

I have long been a fan of this particular prayer, however I decided to re-write it slightly to reflect more of an Intenders perspective. The intention is that it is a direct affirmation of what one intends to be, rather than asking God to "grant" that you are like this.

I intend that I am a vessel of peace.
Where there is hatred, I sow love.
Where there is injury, I bring comfort.
Where there is doubt, I inspire faith.
Where there is despair, I give hope.
Where there is darkness, I shine light.
Where there is sadness, I bring joy.

I intend that I shall not so much seek,
To be consoled, as to console,
To be understood, as to understand,
To be loved, as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
and through surrender that we learn The Way.

Today I intend to spend some time in the sun reading and enjoy the outdoors. I intend to wash the outdoor couch covers so I can get the couch set up again. I intend to relax for a bit :)

Today I intend to stay happy and positive. I intend that I am grateful for all that I have in my life. I intend that I will have a great day with Laura and we will enjoy ourselves immensely doing fun things. I intend that I will start reminding Michael of the wonderful, amazing, caring, loving, adorable man that he is on a daily basis, and tell him how much I love him constantly.

I intend that I am only using words that serve me. I intend to consciously monitor the words that come from my mouth, and the thoughts that pass through my mind at every moment. I intend to remove words from my vocabulary which serve only to place obstacles in my path. I intend to speak my mind clearly, to ask for what I desire, and to know that I am manifesting it for myself now. I intend for Ganesh to remove all obstacles before me now and show my the path to my life's purpose.

I intend to follow my life's purpose of offering healing and spiritual guidance to others so that they too can realise their full potential. I intend to own my own business, or work for a business that allows me to fulfill my life's purpose. I intend to live in abundance and joy, making a positive difference in the lives of everyone I meet. I intend to be happy.
